Defined by Trust.

We are committed to keeping rail transit safe, reliable, and moving forward for the communities we serve.

RGP Transit Group (RGP Transit) was founded to meet the growing need for experienced operations and maintenance providers in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. As the rail transit system continues to evolve, passenger safety and comfort remain our top priorities. Our well-trained, knowledgeable staff ensures that inspections and repairs comply with Federal Railroad Authority (FRA) Track Safety Standards, while our proactive, preventative maintenance approach strengthens asset management throughout the system’s life cycle. RGP Transit is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rio Grande Pacific Corporation.

What Makes Us Unique

Locally Based, Regionally Connected

Rooted in Fort Worth, Texas, we are proud to call the DFW Metroplex home—and we plan to keep it that way. With more than 7 million residents, this region has become the fourth-largest metro area in the nation and continues to grow as a hub for rail and transit innovation. That growth energizes us and reinforces our commitment to serving the communities in our own backyard.

From Dallas-Fort Worth throughout the Central United States, our local presence gives us unmatched insight into the complex and evolving needs of the people who depend on safe, reliable transit every day. This regional connection allows us to anticipate challenges and deliver solutions that reflect the realities of the communities we serve.

Closer Connections

We believe strength comes from focus, not size. As a nimble and efficient team, we place relationships at the core of everything we do. Relationships are at the core of our business, and our clients benefit from direct, one-on-one interaction with us every day. We believe in the power of a handshake and in making sure just one phone call connects you with the right person to solve a problem.

Our size allows us to remain responsive, flexible, and closely attuned to the evolving needs of the communities we serve. By combining personal attention with deep industry expertise, we deliver solutions that are tailored, effective, and built on trust.

More of What Matters

Success comes from focusing on what truly moves projects forward—more collaboration, greater efficiency and results you can see. We simplify the process by cutting through red tape to keep projects moving, connecting clients directly to decision-makers, and delivering clear solutions that solve problems effectively.

By focusing on what matters most, we remain transparent and closely connected with our clients. Open communication and direct engagement build accountability, strengthen trust, and ensure every partnership is aligned for long-term success.

Powered by Connection

Collaboration extends beyond our own team. We regularly partner with our sister companies on projects of all sizes, combining expertise across disciplines to deliver stronger, more complete solutions for our customers. This unified approach brings added value, efficiency, and innovation to every project we take on.

What makes this partnership even more seamless is that we are all under one roof. With our companies working side-by-side in the same building, communication is faster, coordination is easier, and teamwork becomes second nature, ensuring our customers benefit from the strength of an entire network working together toward their success.
